Most of the island properties in Brazil are concentrated in the Paraty and Angra dos Reis region (Rio de Janeiro state), with some potential offers also in other states like Maranhão. Islands provide a unique form of privateness and reclusivity, while at the same time usually providing an appropriate naval infrastructure.
