General Description and Features:

The Farm has a total area of 107.368 m², entirely documented (titles can be sent on request), with 1000 m² of total constructed area, 8 tanks for shrimps and fish, with regular production. Furthermore there are horses and ponies on the farm, which are part of the tourism activities that are being developed on the farm. There is a well operating restaurant and a soccerfield on the farm.

The production potential of the shrimp tanques is around 15.000 kg per 3 months, however they are currently not operating.

The farm benefits from its location at the river Catu, which provides ample fish for fishfarming (pisciculture).

Consequently, the farm can be amply used for fish and shrimp farm, as well as for abundant eco-tourism activities.

About the Location:

The farm is located only 300 m from the beach and about 30 minutes from Natal. It is one of the very few farms with such a proximity to the beach/ocean.

From 30 minutes to Natal Airport, Sibaúma is a village which has originated from an old quilombo, guarding their
traditions and the warrior spirit of its people. Fishing is one of the main traditional activities, and shrimp farming is also one
