The plant consists of an oven, a secondary camera, a system for feeding waste in the oven, a cooling and washing system for incineration gases, bag filters, a main and emergency chimney, all interconnected by ducts, a pool with ETE for treatment of recirculating water, pressure vessels, LPG gas plant, control room, electrical installations, generator set, refrigerator etc.
There is an already elaborated project to double the production capacity with new equipment at an estimated cost of 15,000,000 R$

• All Documentation in order, no Revenue, Judicial or DETRAN debts, only one minor judicial court case in action
• Bank debt due to a working capital financing for approx. 2 million BRL and equipment + trucks for approximately 600,000 BRL
• Fleet: 4 cars, 2 trucks. Average car age: 3.5 years. Trucks: 06 months to a year
• No pledged assets
• No assets receivable from the union, state or municipality in a precatory form
• No participation in other companies
• Real estate and land in the accounting assets
• Reason to sell: due to the advanced age of the owner and no heirs interested in the business
• EBITDA for the last 3 years was around 35%, or 4.5-5 million R$, as a result of usage of only 1/3 of the plant’s production capacity. According to recent information from the owner, who is away from the company due to the pandemic, revenue was around 4 million R$ in the last 12 months
