The property is located exactly 5 km from Vila de Piracicaba, in the rural area of Baependi, and exactly 25 km from the beginning of the asphalt road in the urban perimeter of the municipality of Baependi. Access time to the Baependi Center ranges from 40 minutes to approximately 1 hour. To access the site, you can enter the rural area of Baependi towards São Pedro/Itaúna, passes through São Pedro and follows towards Vila de Piracicaba. You take the last road left before the start of the climb with blocks that gives access to Vila de Piracicaba, following the sign for the Parque Estadual do Papagaio.
