Features and General Characteristics:

This property, called “Resort Recanto da Natureza” has got ample amenities, among them a restaurant, outdoor pool, bar and lounge for common use in Mangue Sêco. The Four-star pousada provides air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi, all with private bathroom and garden. Private parking can be arranged at an extra cost. At the Pousada, the rooms include a patio overlooking the pool. The rooms are equipped with wardrobe and flat screen TV.
Continental and buffet breakfast options are available each morning at the accommodation.

In total there are 19 suites, 14 of them currently operation, furthermore 2 suites for the owners and  3 in a superior level that are currently not operational.
The property also offers an outdoor terrace. At the inn, you can enjoy activities in the surroundings of Mangue Seco, such as fishing. A- Boat and Speedboat tours B- Buggy and tricycle rides in the Dunes. The hostel currently has 1 buggy and 1 tricycle each which are included in the sale. The construction of the pousada started in 2014 and was finished in 2015.

It is 40 km from Estância- Sergipe and 34 km from Abadia. The nearest airport is Santa Maria Airport, 89 km distant from the accommodation.
Additional Information about the Region: Mangue Seco is a small traditional fishing village and beach of the same name in Jandaíra, a Brazilian municipality in the state of Bahia, it is the last beach in the extreme north of the coast of Bahia, bordering the state of Sergipe (the population does not exceed 200 inhabitants). The beauty of the place was well portrayed in the soap opera Tieta, broadcast by Rede Globo in 1989 and inspired by the novel Tieta do Agreste, by Bahian writer Jorge Amado. Located on the banks of the Real River, on the border of Bahia with Sergipe, it is 250 km from Salvador through the Green Line in good condition. However, the most practical way to arrive is via Aracaju state which borders Bahia.

The streets are covered with soft white sand that forms a landscape composed of dunes and coconut trees by the sea. All over the bank, inns, bars, restaurants and fishermen’s houses are spread, creating a good support structure for tourists.
