Located on the charming beach of Icaraí Amontada, the pousada offers a privileged location facing the region’s spectacular sunsets, in the heart of the city and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, beach huts, supermarkets, pharmacies.

The project optimized the use of a small and privileged plot of land to create five apartments with kitchens and large balconies, as well as a rooftop that offers an exceptional view of Icaraizinho. The pousada is in the sixth year of operation, we have 5 accommodations, 2 suites for couples with 27 m2, 2 suites for up to 3 people with 35 m2, and another apartment for up to 6 guests. All apartments have a gourmet kitchen where meals are made overlooking our incredible view of the beach and sunset from our balcony. The apartments have Smart TV, wifi, minibar, closet and bathroom.

The rooftop terrace offers a panoramic view, and the pousada comes with a complete gourmet kitchen and event room.

About Icaraí de Amontada and Surroundings:

Icarai de Amontada is a quaint fishing village located in the province of Ceara, in the North East of Brazil.
It is more often called Icaraizinho (the small Icarai) to differentiate it from another Icarai located 20 km west of Fortaleza.
Icarai de Amontada is a small corner of paradise nestled in a huge coconut grove, between rivers, dunes and lagoons, with a magnificent bay that extends its arms every day.

Here nature envelops and rocks everyday life.
It is an ideal destination for ecotourism or a few days of rest away from the noises of the world or the urban jungle. We can come here to fish but we come more willingly for other reasons.

1. The here presented Pousada and Resort is exclusively for sale (transference of the public deed upon complete payment), not for rental or similar.
2. It is recommended that interested buyers make a visit of the property with a proper diligence in order to make an informed decision on whether to proceed with the purchase. We politely expect that the prospective client has the necessary financial means to purchase. It is important to note that Brazilian banks or in general financial institutions do not give, under any circumstances, loans or mortgages to foreigners. Also, it is very rare that European or American banks concede loans or mortgages for purchasing real estate in Brazil. It is thus indispensable to have the proper capital in order to effectuate a purchase.
3. The buyer/investor does not pay any kind of commission to the realtor in Brazil – the commission is strictly the responsability of the seller. However, the buyer is responsible for paying the notary costs as well as the ITBI (Imposto de Transmissão de Bens Imóveis – the property transfer tax) which ranges, depending on the state, between 2 – 3 %.
