The pousada turned 8 years old in January 2024, considered very new and very well looked after with maintenance all up to date. Everything is working perfectly.

Vila Icaraí was built according to the existing coconut trees on the land, that is, as much as possible was preserved so that it would have the least impact while maintaining the originality of the region (located in a huge coconut grove).

All licenses and permits are renewed and up to date, with no pending issues or debts with the city hall or SEFAZ.
