Ecological and Environmental Characteristics

RPPN Flor do Cerrado III – 1,425 ha (green line):

Area entirely covered by native vegetation of the Cerrado Biome;

Approximate ecological composition:

Grassland – 55%

Savannah (typical Cerrado) – 30%

Forest – 15%

106 hectares already mapped in the Management Plan (approved by ICMBio) as a Visitation and Moderate Use Zone, allowing sustainable construction and cultivation.

It has a high-flow mineral water spring, perennial throughout the year, which feeds two streams and also crosses the RPPN II.

RPPN Flor do Cerrado II – “Águas Cristalinas” (red line):

85 hectares total, being 74 ha of recognized RPPN + 11 ha additional outside the reserve zone, including the left bank of the stream with abundant mineral water.

Within this area there is a natural slide and a waterfall of approximately 4 meters, composing a scenario of rare beauty and tourist potential.

The two areas together total 1,510 hectares of continuous ecosystem, with two springs and two mineral water streams, both originating within the RPPNs.

The reserves have complete and updated documentation, including ICMBio, CAR, CCIR, ITR and georeferencing (SIGEF and INCRA).

Thanks to the already approved Management Plan, the asset is ready for immediate operation in the following areas:
