For sale is a Mineral water Plant in Rio de Janeiro about 1 hour drive from the city of Rio de Janeiro.

It can be considered a rather unique opportunity – it is one of 6 mineral water springs worldwide that contain vanadium, lithium, fluorine and calcium.

The factory includes an administration building, a production hall for bottling, a two-story building for the production of PET bottles, a warehouse, etc. a total of 1500 m² commercial space.

The production plant consists of a line for 20 liter galons and 2 production lines for 1.5 liter and 510 ml bottles with an hourly capacity of 15,000 bottles.

There are in total 3 machines with an hourly capacity of 8000 bottles are used for the production of PET bottles.

Furthermore, there are three new water tanks with 50,000 liters each made of INOX and a new filter system made of INOX were recently installed to meet the latest changes in the law.

Furthermore there are 3 water tanks a 40,000 liters made of fiberglass on the property.

The 3 springs together have a capacity of 18,000 liters per hour.
