This beach property has a total area of 500 hectares or 1,145 tarefas and is located in the municipio of Belmonte ( State of Bahia ) .
The complete documentation of the property is in order and up to date. All licenses and permits are available and there are no debts or encumbrances.
The beach line is 835 m . The purchase price is 20 R$ / m² . The final purchase price is negotiable . It is possible to purchase a part of the property (“desmembramento”).

It is one of the largest properties – with the longest beach line – of its kind in Bahia. It is very well suited for the construction of one – or several – hotels or resorts as well as Upscale condominios.

It was purchased by the current owners in 1979, originally with a project to cultivate Coco and Buffalos. Later on, the location up-valued considerably and in the 1990s and 2000s Bahia developed into a touristic region with enormous growth potential.
