Project Link with General Information as well as facts about Infrastructure and Amenities:

The beach area of Guajiru is part of the municipality of Trairi, a prosperous town in Ceará with numerous recent infrastructure developments. It is a nature-embedded region, with the major part of Guajiru’s natural vegetation still being intact. The village and surroundings are rich in palm trees, banana plants, cashew trees, castanholas, sugar canes, guajiru and mango trees.

The high waves and winds during high tide make perfect conditions for nautical sports like kite surfing. At low tide, pools appear on the beach and corals are visible under a turquoise blue sea. The dunes are beautiful to visit by buggy.

Trips and Tours can be booked anywhere in the village, the most handy place would be one of the resorts where they have got all the info and speak English.

The GOL airline is introducing a third daily flight from Miami to Fortaleza. Fortaleza is the closest Brazilian international airport for tourism from the Iberian Peninsula.

We accompany clients during the entire sales process and provide encompassing consulting services.

General Observations:

  1. The here offered landplot are exclusively for sale, not for rental or similar.
  2. It is strongly advised that interested buyers conduct a visit of the property with a subsequent diligence in order to make an informed decision on whether to proceed with the purchase. It is however expected that the prospective client has the necessary financial means to purchase. It is important to note that Brazilian banks or in general financial institutions do not give, under any circumstances, loans or mortgages to foreigners. Also, it is very rare that European or American banks concede loans or mortgages for purchasing real estate in Brazil. It is thus indispensable to have the proper capital in order to effectuate a purchase.
  3. The buyer/investor does not pay any kind of commission to the realtor in Brazil – the commission is strictly the responsability of the seller. However, the buyer is responsible for paying the notary costs as well as the ITBI (Imposto de Transmissão de Bens Imóveis – the property transfer tax) which ranges, depending on the state, between 2 – 3 %.
