About the Coral Beach Resort:

Placed in a stunning environment, The Coral Beach Resort is a luxury beach resort currently under construction in Ceará, Northeast Brazil. Destined to be a five-star residential resort and holiday destination, the resort is located in a natural paradise of over one million square meters of beautiful sand dunes, exquisite Atlantic beaches, cool lagoons, and tropical cocoa and palm plantations. A comprehensive list of onsite amenities will be available including an exclusive beach club with restaurant and kitesurf and windsurf school, an eco-friendly boutique hotel, well-being centre, state-of-the-art fitness centre, a range of sports facilities and numerous retail and social conveniences. The development company has at least 10 types of designs to choose from. They are also the first to be built by neighboring landowners.

It is possible to build different designs, taking into account local building regulations. These should also be discussed with the development company, but are quite flexible in this regard.
