On the island there are several social areas to provide visitors with unique experiences, among them a panoramic terrace with dinner area and barbecue (churrasqueira), swimmingpool with deck and lounge (all connected to the main house), an external Jacuzzi with ocean view and finally a private beach. On the island there is a heliport in order to provide quick and easy access from Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. All visitors have access to a Phanton 345 motorboat (yacht) for 11 people.
