General Description:

For sale is the Fazenda Ipiranga, near the municipality of Sete Barras. It is a land area with an extremely high ecological value. It constitutes a historical rural plot with 1,936 hectares (800 Paulista alqueires). The property is described
officially in the Private Contract of Purchase and Sale of Possessory Rights, dated 10/30/2023, signed between Dirceu Parolin (assignor) and Dinarte Gobbi Filho (assignee).

Historical origin of the property (according to official transcription from the Iguape Property Registry):
The land dates back to records from the 19th century (1817, 1862), always linked to the Ipiranga River and the Santo Antônio do Juquiá District.

Documents mention the old territorial units Sítio Tijuco Preto, Barra da Lagoa Preta, Onça Parda and traditional boundaries with local families.

This history reinforces the legitimacy of the plot and its classification as a consolidated rural landscape, with great potential for ecological reconversion.
