General Description and Features:

The farm is located in the Chapada Diamantina region, more specifically in the city of Bonito/Bahia, which borders with important tourist cities such as Wagner, Lençóis and Morro do Chapéu.
The farm, registered as Fazenda Vale do Sossego, has a total area of ​​212 ha, and currently it has 150,000 Arabica coffee trees planted, all in excellent vegetative and production status. Access is via a 100% paved road and the distance to Salvador is 455 km. In this route one uses the highways BR-324, BR-116 and BA-142. There exists also the option of arriving by air, landing at Lençóis airport, which is 1:30h away from the farm.

As infrastructure, the farm has a coffee processing plant, consisting of four dryers, four wooden bins and a coffee processing machinery integrated with a pulper system and 3 terraces for drying coffee, in addition to a 500 m² greenhouse. These installations occupy an area of ​​4,000 m². For the various activities on the farm, we have 3 water reservoirs with a capacity of 50 m³ each, interconnected to a system of pumps that capture water from the nearby weir, in addition to receiving tap water from the local water company Electricity is installed inside the farm.

The farm also has a main private home, in addition to a guest house, an administrator’s house, a deposit for fertilizers, equipment, various materials, and furthermore equipment such as a tractor, harrows, sprayer, etc.
