Lagoon of Imaruí, with access to the lagoons Mirim and Santo Antônio, in the state of Santa Catarina, with direct access to the Atlantic Ocean, forming the largest lagoon complex in Santa Catarina. The island is fully navigable, favoring boat trips and nautical sports, with great fishing potential and a possible use for ecological tourism, besides being a great place to have exclusive privacy.

As a point of reference, the city of Laguna is about 110 km from florianópolis, going by the Highway Br 101, south of Santa Catarina state, or boat, by the sea, entering by the moles of the municipality of Laguna – here you can find a channel that interconnects the lagoons.

Total area: 42,000 m2 (forty-two thousand square meters -4.2 hectares).
Exuberant vegetation , with many fruit trees, among others, and part of the vegetation is composed of 30-year-old eucalyptus trees. From the island you can enjoy a view of the bridge Anita Garibaldi (lagoon)

The island is registered in the Notary´s Register (RGI) and can be transferred legally to the new owner.
