Beach Plot of Land Bahia with 598 ha, in excellent location – Barra do Itariri

This beach plot of land is composed of two matrices (deeds). The total area is 598 hcts, that is 5,980,000m², with approximately 1403 m of the sea front, and at
the back part a huge lush lagoon;
• the two matrices are with complete documentation, including the ITR / CCIR / RIP.

Distance from Salvador Airport about 168 km which correspondes to about 90 minutes by car, about 5 km distant from the BA 090. It can be very well accessed (map of the access options can be sent).

There is a large lagoon within the area:

• Approximate length of 910m.
• Width of approximately 350m.
• Fully documented. The documentation can be sent on request.
• with a project to establish a landing corridor/airstrip of approximately 1.500 m
