This beach construction lot with a total area of 445,000 m² is located south of the municipality of Ilheus, in the district of Olivenza, located at Km 14 of the Highway BA 001, with the coordinates 14°93’14.66” S e 39°01’60,20” O. The land has a beachline of 560 m.

The property has a wavy topography, with about 50% of its territory composed of Atlantic forest in an advanced stage of regeneration with occurrence of bodies of water on the area, while the rest of the property is composed of lower vegetation and with a considerable amount of palm tress forming beautiful landscape.

In the area there is an artificial water reservoir with a total surface of 15,000 square meters. Furthermore the property is facing the Highway BA 001.

The land was divided into two parts, being one part about 35,000 square meters located between the highway and Olivença Beach, with some buildings and improvements as a remainder of a tourism activity which took place in the past.
