The building consists in total of 8 apartments, each between 50 and 52 m² in constructed area, similar in structure, which compose together the Condominio Vila do Frei in Jabaquara, a district of Paraty – approximately 350 m distant from the beach. It is accessed by non-asphalted road, which leads to a nearby asphalt road.

4 apartments are located at the ground level and another 4 on the first floor.  The apartments are mainly identical, with the only difference in relation to the ground level apartments being an internal service area with a niche for storing things. Additionally, they also have a small external service area of approximately 2 to 3 m2.

Each single apartment comes with 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, service area and garage with electronic gate and intercoms. Collective area with small flower beds, fruit trees and beach showers.

The Jabaquara neighborhood is basically made up of residences, hotels, inns, bars, restaurants and small shops.

In Paraty, there are only 2 urban beaches: Pontal beach and Jabaquara beach.

Quiet waters beach, ideal for family, seniors and children.

Paraty  is a coastal historic town in the state of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It was first settled by the Portuguese in 1667. Its old churches, cobbled streets and nearby forests, waterfalls, islands and emerald-green sea attract lots of tourists interested in mixing cultural tourism and more natural settings. The principal interest is to sell the apartment complex in its entirey. However, it is also possible to purchase single apartments. Currently, 7 apartments are rented.

The sales price per apartment is 420.000 R$, which results in a total price for the entire apartment complex of 3.360.000 R$ – a basis of negotiation, which can be subject to counter-proposals.
