The property carries more than 100 years of history. It was the first winery in Bom Retiro, and the memory of that family remains alive to this day in the walls of the old main house, which housed the winery and its underground cellars.

The history of this place holds precious treasures: the 2013 vintage, considered to this day the best ever produced, remains stored in our underground stock, with approximately 20,000 bottles that carry the memory and maturity of this unique terroir.
The next chapter of this journey begins in 2026, with Aura’s first own production, inaugurated by the Sangiovese grape — a wine that symbolizes the history of the owner. Leading the winemaking is the winemaker Eduardo Strechar, also owner of CataTerroir, a reference in the national and international wine scene. Their wines have already been awarded and recognized for their excellence, and now their experience combines with Aura’s vision to reveal labels that unite technique, art, and soul.
The farm is located just 7 km from the center and the Central Square of Bom Retiro. This proximity, combined with ease of access, makes the development directly
connected to the city.
Its location is strategic: the farm positions itself as a new central hub for the region, capable of radiating movement, providing services and experiences that dialogue with the city and the new axis of development.

The residential area of Lotes will be developed as a true mountain condominium, with controlled and monitored access. All internal roads are already open, allowing for individual visits to each lot.
The size of the lots varies between 2,000 m² and 4,000 m², divided into two phases of implementation. The project was designed to enhance the natural landscape and the climatic conditions of each plot, ensuring privacy and individuality between the lots.
This concept, called topographic architecture, seeks to integrate future buildings with the natural lines of the topography, respecting and preserving the original landscape.
Thus, upon acquiring a lot, the owner already receives a project guidelines plan, which defines the exact location of the residence, its materiality and volumetry, ensuring the harmony and aesthetic standard of the entire development.
