The region around Porto de Sauípe is considered as one of Bahia´s fastest growing tourism regions, approximately 120 km to the north of Salvador. In 2027 there will be the inauguration of the hot water park about 10mn drive from the property (total investment 60 million euros) as well as a new airport for private jets small planes and hellicopters.
