Detailed Description:

Treat yourself to an exceptional property in the south of the State of Bahia: a private tropical valley just 3km from the most beautiful beaches of Itacaré: Engenhoca, renowned for surfing, and Itacarézinho, a beautiful, long beach. This land is being sold by Itacaré EcoRanch, an equestrian and ecological farm, committed to the preservation of the primary forest.

The central part consists of a 2.5 ha clearing with no usage constraints because it was deforested 30 years ago. It has a perennial stream all year round having its source inside the property, thus providing extreme quality drinking water and in quantity sufficient for creating a lake or natural swimming pools with a sandy beach which already exists. Downstream the stream turns into a waterfall. This cultivated part includes 50 cupuaçu plants able to produce between 40 and 90 kg of pulp per year, around thirty coconut trees and piaçavas, a small rubber plantation. It serves also as occasional pasture for horses.

The setting of this valley is an 11 ha primary rainforest (mata atlantica) which offers a grandiose panoramic view from the edges of the valley. Extremely well preserved, it is a treasure trove of biodiversity and is inhabited, among others, by a family of Macaco Prego monkeys and three different species of toucans. On the outskirts, the neighboring properties are all protected forest areas and the Rio Burundanga borders one of them over a distance of 150m, the same Rio that meets the ocean at Engenhoca beach

Some days you will hear the sea located 2 km away as the crow flies. Every day you will enjoy a mild climate all year round, max. 33°C, min. 15°C, and the serene atmosphere of the place thanks to the distance from any urban center.
