For sale is a landplot located in the state of Piauí on a beach with unique flora and fauna features, where tourism and nature go hand in hand, at crystalline waters with 26º degrees temperature.
The wind blows regularly all year round, the sun shines every day, it is close to major tourist destinations (Jericoacoara Beach, Lençóis Maranhenses, Sete Cidades) as well as the Delta of Parnaiba, all close to the airport in Parnaíba.
