<p>For sale is the Fazenda Ipiranga, near the municipality of Sete Barras. It is a land area with an extremely high ecological value. It constitutes a historical rural plot with 1,936 hectares (800 Paulista alqueires). The property is described<br />
officially in the Private Contract of Purchase and Sale of Possessory Rights, dated 10/30/2023, signed between Dirceu Parolin (assignor) and Dinarte Gobbi Filho (assignee).</p>
<p>Historical origin of the property (according to official transcription from the Iguape Property Registry):<br />
The land dates back to records from the 19th century (1817, 1862), always linked to the Ipiranga River and the Santo Antônio do Juquiá District.</p>
<p>Documents mention the old territorial units Sítio Tijuco Preto, Barra da Lagoa Preta, Onça Parda and traditional boundaries with local families.</p>
<p>This history reinforces the legitimacy of the plot and its classification as a consolidated rural landscape, with great potential for ecological reconversion.</p>
