For the last 20 years, the island of Florianopolis has been voted the best place to live in Brazil. It remains so not only for its beauty but also because it is well ordered and safe. It is an island with one main bridge to the continent with a relaxed environment that  has shown very little crime or aggression. Santa Catarina in general is officially the safest state in Brazil. It also has some of the best Engineering universities in Brazil as the connection to Germany, the original colonizers of Santa Catarina state, stayed very strong for the people who populated the south of Brazil. It also has a very well run, modern airport which has some direct connections internationally. Many people live between Miami or Portugal and Florianopolis. There is also a major bus station 15 km away in the city center that goes to many destinations in Brazil. Once inside the well-situated property of the Hideaway Estate, you can in fact do that, hide away, it&#8217;s very spacious, quiet and private. Although there are 4 houses, they are well spaced out andwere reformed with privacy in mind for Airbnb rental.</p>

<p>On offer is a beautiful rural and colonial property, the Fazenda Loana (commercial name), located at km 328 of Rod. dos Tropeiros, in Bananal-SP, with 48 ha and complete documentation (escritura publica/General Property Register).<br />
It is composed of approximately 50 % of flat land, legal reserve, several sources of drinking water, a stream running through the entire property, asphalt at the door and close to several important cities in the Paraiba River ValleyIt is located appr. 130 km from Rio de Janeiro and 300 km from São Paulo. Bananal, with almost 10 thousand inhabitants, is a very calm and sustainable city being a part of the legally designated Vale Histórico de São Paulo. The Fazenda Loanda, completely restored, with hundreds of 19th century objects (crystals, porcelain, French and Brazilian furniture, rugs, oil paintings and hundreds of objects that were used on the farm in the 19th century).</p>
