This farm is located in Una, a municipality of Bahia, 60 km from Ilheus. It has a total size of 104 ha. The Farm is located on Rodovia Una Canavieiras, 3 km from Una and facing the asphalt highway, thus providing excellent access and infrastructure.

There are basically two crops planted: cacoa (12 thousand trees) and rubber trees (12 thousand trees). Cocoa is organic. The owners will be planting another 5 thousand cocoa trees this year.

Furthermore there is a dam approximately 3 km long. There are 3 springs on the farm, 2 in a forest area and 1 in a forest area close to the asphalt. The dam is very significant for the success of the farm. There is also a swamp area suitable for planting açaí or rice.

The property can also be used as a ecological resort, for example as hybrid pousada (commercially for crops and tourism at the same time).
