The Fazenda is located in Cacapava, about 20 km distant from Taubaté, about 140 km from São Paulo city. The fazenda has a very good infrastructure, there is a main house on the farm, furthermore a house for the employees, storage rooms, stables etc. On the fazenda there is a larger lake, and a larger part of the land has been planted with sugar cane.

The farm can be leased for 4.500 R$/month.

3. The buyer/investor does not pay any kind of commission to the realtor in Brazil – the commission is strictly the responsability of the seller. However, the buyer is responsible for paying the notary costs as well as the ITBI (Imposto de Transmissão de Bens Imóveis – the property transfer tax) which ranges, depending on the state, between 2 – 3 %.
