The Farm has a total area of 107.368 m², entirely documented (titles can be sent on request), with 1000 m² of total constructed area, 8 tanks for shrimps and fish, with regular production. Furthermore there are horses and ponies on the farm, which are part of the tourism activities that are being developed on the farm. The production potential of the shrimp tanques is around 15.000 kg per 3 months, however they are currently not operating.

integrated on a leafy green landscape, a true paradise 300m from the beach.

The temperature varies between 22 and 30 degrees, the area is of a rich portuguese colonial culture. And it is here where this farm offers a huge potential for sustainable development with an investment focused on ecotourism.
